Chef and Butler Service

Food will be prepared, cooked and served on site with full attention given to our guests by our chef and butler. All meals start with canapés served poolside or at the bar, followed by a salad, entrée, dessert and coffee service. All bartending requirements will be met by the butler.

Butler Service

Food is prepared and pre-cooked in our kitchen. A private butler then delivers, prepares plates and provides full service for the duration of your gathering.
MENU WILL BE TAILORED TO YOUR PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS IN DISCUSSION WITH OUR CATERING CONSULTANT.

Casual Comfort Food

Meals are prepared in our kitchen and delivered on oven-proof trays with instructions for guests to heat and serve on their own timeline. A simple and flavourful way to bring personalized menus—made with only the freshest ingredients—straight to your door.

Please note all our dinners are made up of 4 courses: Canapés, Starter, Entrée and Dessert completed by our special coffee service. We are happy to suggest and supply wines to complement each course.

Part of the creative challenge to catering on the island is availability of ingredients. We strive to satisfy your requests and will always make suggestions as to what works best for our climate and culture.

Sit back and relax. Preparation of the table and clean up of both the dining area and kitchen will be entirely handled by our chef/butler.
