Staying in a villa for a week? Would you like some of your meals catered by a chef and butler one evening and to have some casual comfort food dropped off to you for another evening spent watching a movie? Would you like cocktails and canapés by the pool before heading out to one of Provo’s restaurants for dinner? Are you on island for a special celebration? Let us cater a birthday BBQ for you and make you a special chocolate ganache birthday cake. Here’s an example of menus we can offer to a party (with children) staying for a week in a villa on island:

Saturday

Chef and Butler service dinner To choose from selection of sample menus with Mac and Cheese/ Chicken fingers/Pizzas etc for the children.

Sunday

Breakfast Morning Casserole (left by Chef the previous evening for heating am)
Fresh fruit platter and yogurts
Lunch Late lunch BBQ including garlic shrimp, sliders with buns, honey and ginger marinated chicken breasts, mango salad
Cocktail Canapés Client to choose from our cocktail menu – priced per selection on menu

Monday

Breakfast Chef service omelets, bacon rolls, design your own crèpes with sprinkles
Late Lunch Open-face smoked salmon bagels, open-face beef and brie sandwiches

Late lunch BBQ To include make your own Banana splits for children

Lunch Let us pack you a cooler for a beach or boating picnic
